Recipe for Grain-Free Plantain Pizza Crust:

Base ingredients:

2-2.5 green plantains

1 large red bell pepper

1/4 cup almond meal

1/4 cup flax meal

handful of whole flax seeds

1/2 tsp baking powder (water as needed)

Herbs & Seasoning:

habanero piece

2 green onions

3 cloves fresh garlic

handful of fresh dill

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground pepper

1/4 tsp rosemary

1 T. nutritional yeast

1 T. za’atar

all ingredients in blender bake @ 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes on pizza pan lined with parchment paper
