Founded on the principles of Chain Reaction bio-mechanics, and designed to improve mobility, stability, flexibility, and strength. Heather will learn your movement and exercise needs, and then create a custom workout plan to assist you in achieving your goals.

Strengthening exercises are truly functional, and you will learn to move your body efficiently and effectively in all 3 planes of motion using a variety of equipment, at your home or at studio in Salisbury, MA.
